Online financial literacy course
The National Bank, together with the International Labor Organization/International Training Center in Turin (Italy), in cooperation with the Alliance of Trainers and Consultants (ATiK), launched the first online course on financial literacy in the Kyrgyz language. The online course is designed for a wide range of users interested in gaining new knowledge on financial literacy, and will allow everyone, regardless of location and time, to get unlimited free access to educational materials. Particular emphasis is placed on the involvement of all family members in the process of planning and managing family finances. Participants who successfully complete the full course will receive an electronic certificate.

The online course on financial literacy was developed as part of the joint project “Empowering women and girls subject to migration for inclusive and peaceful community development” and implemented by the International Labor Organization (ILO), the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the United Nations -Women sponsored by the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund.
The course consists of 4 modules and 15 study sessions for self-study, developed and adapted taking into account the regional characteristics of our country, covers topical issues, fills the gaps in the financial literacy of the population.
