CJSC MCC “Bailyk Finance” announces changes in the Company’s leadership.

Effective April 22, 2026, Arzymat Alikovich Derbishaliev has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of CJSC MCC “Bailyk Finance.” Chinara Darkenbaevna Moldazhanova has stepped down from her role as CEO and joined the Company’s Board of Directors.

Having led the Company since 2013, Ms. Moldazhanova consistently developed its management system, with a strong focus on enhancing the professional competencies of the team and implementing best international practices. Under her leadership, “Bailyk Finance” strengthened its position in the microfinance market, expanded its operations, and introduced modern approaches to corporate governance.
