Success story of Aiperi Toktogulova from Kochkor

Toktugulova Aiperi is a 32-year-old mother of three children who opened her business in Kochkor city 2 years ago. The first time Aiperi applied to Bailyk Finance Company in 2019, then she received her first loan in the amount of 80,000 for business development – a sewing workshop. With the funds received, Aiperi purchased professional sewing machines, which are currently used by 9 seamstresses. Now, only three years later, Aiperi continues to successfully develop her business, and she has sent the third coedit from Bailyk Finance to purchase a car for the workshop. Despite the pandemic, her regular customers from Bishkek did not stop their orders, which allowed her to get through the crisis without loss.

Aiperi: “My first clients were my acquaintances and friends. Then, imperceptibly, I had regular large customers. Often, women who know how to sew do not even think about the fact that not everyone can make a more or less even stitch and cut the fabric correctly, and these services are in great demand not only in cities, but also in the regions – for example, in our city of Kochkor. Having organized my own sewing business, I not only enjoy what I love, but also make money on it.”

Aiperi plans to create more comfortable and decent working conditions for its employees and build its own large building for a workshop on the next loan from Bailyk Finance. The expansion of the business will allow Aiperi to create jobs for even more people.
