CJSC MCC “Bailyk Finance” highly values the contribution of its employees to the development and prosperity of the Company.
Every year the Company conducts a summing up of results, and the best employees based on the results of the reporting year are awarded valuable and memorable gifts. The best of the best employees are rewarded with motivational trips abroad. This was the case this year too!
At the end of 2023, 45 of the best employees were awarded a motivational trip abroad. This year it was decided to send employees on a unique and wonderful week-long tour of Georgia.
Georgia is a country with a rich history, beautiful landscapes, delicious cuisine and hospitable people. The trip to Georgia provided an excellent opportunity for employees to experience a new culture, strengthen team relationships, and create unforgettable memories.
As part of the trip, excursion programs to the historical sights of the country were organized. Thanks to the trip, each employee was able to relax, gain new emotions, broaden their horizons, and enjoy unique Georgian cuisine.
The return home was marked not only by a baggage of photographs and souvenirs, but also by an incredible inner enrichment for each of the tour participants. The charge of energy and positivity that all our employees received on the trip will undoubtedly give even more energy and drive to achieve the Company’s strategic goals!
