GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
As part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Strategy, CJSC MCC “Bailik Finance” has identified 5 priority Goals.
One of the key Sustainable Development Goals is SDG 3 “Good health and well-being”.
The Company has declared 2024 as the year of health and well-being.
A healthy employee means a happy employee and a satisfied customer!
The Company has planned a number of events to promote a healthy lifestyle and promote well-being for the Company’s employees and clients for 2024.
During March of this year, together with the partner Company IC “Zdorovye”, all employees of the Company will undergo a medical check-up (full examination of the body).
On March 26, 2024, a visiting team of doctors was sent to the Company’s Head Office to carry out activities: collecting tests and materials from employees, for laboratory tests. The employees passed general clinical and biochemical tests.
