On January 18, 2025, the Accumulated Pension Fund “Kyrgyzstan,” in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, held a large-scale networking event dedicated to current issues in corporate governance.
This significant event brought together representatives from the largest enterprises in the country, as well as managers and owners of medium-sized businesses, creating a platform for exchanging experiences and developing best practices in the field of corporate governance.

As part of this event, the General Director of the Joint Stock Company “Bailik Finance,” Moldajanova Chinara Darkenbaevna, as a member of the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic, presented on the topic “Corporate Governance or ‘Playing by the Rules.’” In her presentation, she shared valuable experience in the field of corporate governance, emphasizing the importance of creating a transparent and effective system that promotes the development of the company and meets the needs of employees.

“Corporate governance is not just about following the rules, but also about creating a culture of trust, openness, and engagement. High motivation and retention of employees are only possible if the organization strives to create a favorable work environment where everyone feels valued and heard,” noted Chinara Darkenbaevna.
