From September 15 to September 29, 2022, the General Director of Bailyk Finance Moldazhanova Chinara Darkenbaevna took part in online training under the Professional Development and Professional Development Program. The partners in the implementation of this program were the Ukrainian Institute of Corporate Governance, with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise CIPE and IFC.
This training was conducted in order to improve the skills of Directors of small and medium-sized companies, to improve quality management, using “world standards” and the right approach to building an effective model and “best practice” of corporate governance.
The Program participants were able to share their own experience in solving the most complex business problems, share their approaches to building an effective corporate governance model and learn a lot about corporate culture, its practical significance for the company’s business success.
As a result of the training, all participants received certificates of successful completion of the Corporate Director Professional Development Program.
