Participation of Bailyk Finance in improving the financial literacy of the Kyrgyz people

It is not the first year that international and national financial institutions have been holding various events in Kyrgyzstan to improve financial literacy. Therefore, the purpose of this fair was also to provide citizens with useful information about financial planning, the correct and reasonable consumption of financial services; providing consulting assistance on personal financial planning, prudent use of financial services, as well as familiarizing them with the conditions of specific financial services provided on the financial market.

Since one of the goals of “Bailyk Finance” is to promote the financial literacy of the population, our company took part in this fair with pleasure. Our team enthusiastically advised visitors who were interested in Bailyk Finance’s loan products. Among them are such socially-oriented products as “Health”, “Improving the quality of housing”, etc.

As part of the event, training sessions and presentations on financial literacy were held. Everyone who visited them learned how to accumulate, save and increase their own funds, as well as how to use financial instruments wisely. Visitors were also able to get detailed first-hand information about all financial products, including banking, microfinance, insurance, investment, pension and mortgage.

The organizers of this useful and interesting event were: the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the National Payment System “Elkart”, the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, CJSC Credit Bureau “Ishenim”, Association of Microfinance Organizations (AMFO), Deposit Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic.
