On July 2, 2022, a corporate training “Principles of valuation of collateral” was organized for the Company’s employees. The training was conducted by the Career Center “SmartFinance” represented by the trainer Abdykadyrov Kalybek.
The participants of the training received theoretical and practical skills in real estate appraisal:
• Familiarize yourself with the general characteristics of the real estate market
• Mastered the basic concepts and principles of real estate valuation
• Learned to apply different approaches and methods for assessing the value of property
• Mastered the skills of identifying risks that may have a significant impact on the value of collateral when it is assessed.
