Bailyk Finance is a good benchmark for the development of corporate governance
On December 7, 2022, the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the State Financial Inspectorate of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the support of USAID, held a round table for business owners in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The main purpose of the event was to popularize corporate governance in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to receive feedback from business owners regarding the expectations and the need to introduce corporate governance in private business.
The Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic at the round table presented Bailyk Finance as a successful case and a good benchmark for the development of corporate governance.
