General Director Bailyk Finance made a presentation at the round table on gender issues

On March 23, 2023, Chinara Moldazhanova took part in the round table “Acceleration of economic growth and prosperity in a gender-sensitive manner” organized by the World Bank in Kyrgyzstan.
The purpose of this event was to discuss the gender situation in the country: the level and quality of education, employment, women’s entrepreneurship and many other issues were actively discussed. One of the main messages of the discussion was the need to develop partnerships in order to strengthen the position, develop entrepreneurship and increase education among women.
At the round table, Chinara Darkenbaevna shared with the participants of the round table the Company’s experience in developing career growth among employees, the possibility of obtaining decent wages, and also spoke about the successful results of all projects to support women’s entrepreneurship. Chinara Darkenbaevna also noted that today it is important for women not only to have access to financing, but also to medical services.
