TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development held a series of master classes and seminars on climate risk management and transition planning. This program was aimed at creating opportunities for exchanging views and studying the implications of climate change for financial institutions, as well as implementing sustainable financial practices.
From November 2024 to February 2025, employees of Bailyk Finance MCC CJSC were trained by leading trainers of the Frankfurt School under a program dedicated to climate practices and transition planning.
During the program, participants developed key competencies related to identifying and managing climate risks, developing a climate strategy, and disclosing information related to climate and greenhouse gas emissions.
✅Participation in this Program was an important step for the Company in developing a Transition Plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and developing measures to mitigate the effects of climate change.
