EXPO WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP 2025
On November 17, 2025, Arzymat Derbyshaliev, director of lending, founder and shareholder of MCC Bailyk Finance, spoke as a speaker at the Expo “Women’s Entrepreneurship – 2025”, sharing his vision of the development and support of women in business.
In his speech, he emphasized that support for female leadership is one of the company’s key priorities. This is confirmed by the internal indicators of Bailyk Finance:👇🏻

✅ 60% of the board of directors are women;
✅ 50% of top management are women;
✅ 60% of clients are female entrepreneurs.
