In early March, more than 70 Bailyk Finance employees from Chui, Naryn and Issyk-Kul offices were trained on “Active sales”.

The training of employees was organized in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the trainer was Shavkat Abduraimov

During the training, our employees updated their knowledge on:

• Active sales technicians
• Working with objections
• Customer communication models

The acquired knowledge will allow communication with customers to be even more effective and fruitful.
