CJSC MFC “Bailyk Finance” has successfully renewed its Gold Certificate for Client Protection Principles from CERISE+SPTF, once again demonstrating its commitment to international standards of protection and responsibility.<\/p>\n

Client protection remains one of the key priorities of our operations and forms the foundation of trust between “Bailik Finance” and our clients. We are committed to providing fair, transparent, and responsible financial services, continuously improving service quality and enhancing the client experience.<\/p>\n

The key principles of CERISE+SPTF certification include: \u2022 Client-centered product design and delivery;
\n\u2022 Prevention of over-indebtedness;
\n\u2022 Transparency and openness of terms and conditions;
\n\u2022 Responsible pricing;
\n\u2022 Fair and respectful treatment of clients;
\n\u2022 Client data confidentiality and protection;
\n\u2022 Effective complaint resolution mechanisms;
\n\u2022 Commitment of leadership to client protection through internal control, audit, and HR systems.<\/p>\n

Chinara Moldazhanova, CEO of CJSC MFC “Bailyk Finance,” emphasized that achieving the Gold renewal was the result of targeted efforts:

The Client Protection Certification was originally developed by the SMART Campaign under the leadership of the Center for Financial Inclusion (ACCION) and is aimed at embedding client protection practices within microfinance institutions.<\/em>
\nIn 2020, management of these standards was transferred to the international associations SPTF and CERISE, who now act as certification managers.<\/em><\/p>\n
