From May 22 to 24, 2024, the General Director of MCC Baylyk Finance CJSC took part in the \u201cCorporate Director\u201d training course conducted by the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic, the IFC Program for the Development of Environmental Friendly, Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance Practices in Central Asia.
\nThe programs were developed within the framework of the IFC Regional Development Program
\nenvironmental, social and governance (ESG) practices in Europe and Central Asia, implemented with the support of the Swiss Government.<\/p>\n
The programs provided a comprehensive approach to learning, covering not only aspects of corporate governance, corporate law, strategy, ESG and finance, but also developing the key skills required to be a successful modern leader.<\/p>\n
\u201cI deeply believe that we all deserve to receive the best business leadership. Better business leadership means better conditions for employees, greater satisfaction for our clients, more concern for the environment,\u201d noted Chinara Darkenbaevna.<\/p>\n
At the end of the course, all participants received a Certificate from the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic, confirming their qualifications as a certified corporate secretary, which is recognition of their professional level and readiness to perform relevant functions.<\/p>\n
