Under her leadership, \u201cBailyk Finance\u201d strengthened its position in the microfinance market, expanded its operations, and introduced modern approaches to corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"1100\">As a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Moldazhanova will continue to contribute to the Company\u2019s strategic development by helping shape its key priorities and ensuring sustainable growth.
