On November 17, 2025, Arzymat Derbyshaliev, director of lending, founder and shareholder of MCC Bailyk Finance, spoke as a speaker at the Expo “Women’s Entrepreneurship – 2025”, sharing his vision of the development and support of women in business.<\/p>\n

In his speech, he emphasized that support for female leadership is one of the company’s key priorities. This is confirmed by the internal indicators of Bailyk Finance:\ud83d\udc47\ud83c\udffb<\/p>\n

\u2705 73% of employees are women;
\n\u2705 60% of the board of directors are women;
\n\u2705 50% of top management are women;
\n\u2705 60% of clients are female entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Arzymat Derbishaliev also noted that “Baylyk Finance” consistently develops programs aimed at expanding the opportunities of women. Among them: \ud83d\ude42\ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n

\n\u2714\ufe0f participation in mentoring programs;
