Ms. Cholpon Kokumova holds an MBA in General Management, Exeter University, Exeter, UK. She has over 30 years of professional experience working in development of financial and investment companies in Europe and Central Asia.


Ms. Kokumova began her career in large banks of the Kyrgyz Republic (JSCB “Kyrgyzstan”, KICB), worked as an Investment Analyst at the Central Asian American Fund (CAAEF), Investment Officer at Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF). Provided expert advice to leasing companies, banks, associations and the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan within the framework of the Leasing Project in Azerbaijan / Central Asia.


From 2009 to 2018, Ms. Kokumova managed the consulting project of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and was responsible for achieving the project goals - the transformation of microfinance organizations in Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.


Ms. Kokumova regularly raises the level of her knowledge in the field of cooperation, project management, digitalization. He is a certified Microfinance Expert.

 Giorgio Parola



Mr. Giorgio Parola has a Diploma in Economics in Business Administration from the University of Federico II in Naples, Republic of Italy, in 2005.

Mr. Parola has 17 years of practical experience in the leasing, factoring and microfinancing in European as well as developing countries, including Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Moldova.

From 2005 to 2006 he was invited to work in Naples as an analyst at Intesa Consulting, specializing in the management and analysis of financial activities and derivative products. In 2006, he held the position of Consultant for Small and Medium Enterprises of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. From 2006 to November 2007, he worked as Member of the Management and Senior Vice President of ROSENERGOBANK (Russia).

Mr. Parola is currently the President and Member of the Supervisory Board of Micro Capital Russia; President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of General Factoring (Russia); First Vice President and Member of the Supervisory Board of Micro Capital (Luxembourg); Member of the Supervisory Board "Town Money" - P2P lending platform (Russia); Member of the Supervisory Board of Micro Leasing (Belarus); Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Miсro Сapital spa (Italy); Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Leasing Company (Russia).








Ms. Raushan Kurbanalieva graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Economic and Social Planning. At the moment she is receiving an MBA - Master of Business Administration at the educational establishment "Almaty Management University". Has certificates CAP, USAID / CAMFA II "Financial services for rural areas and agriculture", intensive MBA course and A. Galunin's school of business management.


Ms. Raushan Kurbanalieva has over 15 years of experience as the Chairman of the Management Board of MFO Arnur Credit LLP. She was engaged in attracting investments and grant funds from international investors. During the work under the leadership of Ms. Kurbanalieva, the Company has gone from regional to one of the largest MFOs in Kazakhstan.


Also, Ms. Raushan Kurbanalieva has a long experience as a member of the Board of Directors. For more than three years he has been a member of the Board of Directors in the Microfinance Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan; for more than five years - an independent member of the Board of Directors at JSC Shardarinskaya WPP; for more than four years, a member of the Board of Directors at CJSC MDO "Humo" - one of the leading microfinance companies in Tajikistan.
